Calculation:
Our shipping charges are calculated by weight & distance. There is also a handling fee. There are times (especially when ordering alot) that our website does not calculate this exactly. If you feel your shipping was a bit high ,kindly give us a call so that we may look into it and see if there was a problem so that we may correct it.
Method:
Our orders are currently being shipping via the USPS system and the total amount of charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart process. We take pride in using appropriate packaging materials to ensure your products get delivered in excellent condition.
Cost:
To view the cost of shipping for a particular item, simply add it to your shopping cart, select your preferred method of shipping and click continue. Your shipping charges will be calculated before your complete the checkout process.
Timeframe:
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be shipped. We do our best to get Priority Mail shipped within 3 business days but it can take up to 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE MEDIA MAIL IT WILL TAKE 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR USPS TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE AS THESE PACKAGES ARE ALWAYS SHIPPED LAST IN THEIR SYSTEM. If a package is received damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt so that we may correct the problem.
Returns:
You may return product(s) to us for a refund by notifying us within 5 days of receiving your product(s) at want2scrap@gmail.com. The returned product(s) must be postmarked within 5 days of notifying us of your return. To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 20 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit.
