Shipping & Returns
Our shipping charges are calculated on the package's total weight, requested shipping method and distance package is shipped. These fees are not calculated based on the total value of your order or by the quantity of items in your order.
Our orders are currently being shipping via the USPS system and the total amount of charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart process. We take pride in using appropriate packaging materials to ensure your products get delivered in excellent condition.
To view the cost of shipping for a particular item, simply add it to your shopping cart, select your preferred method of shipping and click continue. Your shipping charges will be calculated before your complete the checkout process.
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be shipped. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE MEDIA MAIL IT WILL TAKE 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR USPS TO DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE AS THESE PACKAGES ARE ALWAYS SHIPPED LAST IN THEIR SYSTEM. If a package is received damaged, please let us know within 3 days of receipt so that we may correct the problem.
You may return product(s) to us for a refund by notifying us within 3 days of receiving your product(s) at phone number 260-740-2976. There is a 20% restock fee and there are no exceptions to this policy. If an order has been pulled and marked shipped this restock fee will apply regardless of whether it has left our facility. The returned product(s) must be postmarked within 3 days of notifying us of your return. To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 20 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please repack the products carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit. Products that have be opened, used, or damaged in transit will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
